The law library's IM service, Digsby, is having some intermittent connection problems. Often when the staff is online, it will show that they are offline. If you need reference assistance and find that Digsby gives an "offline" status, please contact the reference staff by email or phone instead. We are working on finding a solution to this problem as soon as possible.
UPDATE (11/11/2011): Please make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox. It seems that in most cases, the newest browsers are not having these technical issues.
