Free New App for Constitution Annotated

A new app for Constitution Annotated has been released by the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration, the Library of Congress, and the Government Printing Office.  The app, which includes case law and analysis, is free and available from iTunes for iPhones and iPads.  An Android version is also being developed.
