Check you LexisNexis Printer Settings:

Recently LexisNexis performed an update on the system, An unintended consequence is many account settings were reset to use the attached printer as your default printer.  Resetting your printer preferences is easy.


When you want to print a document select the downward pointing triangle next to the printer icon.

Select "Choose new setting"

From the "Basic Options" select Printer type "LexisNexis Printer".
